I received this title by doing the Kingmaker quest line and choosing Light Side Options. During the Last quest part where you choose between which of them will become the head of House Thul, I choose "the young hothead" Lord Raffid because he said he would "grant me a title".

I was hoping for Baron though =(

You get one of 3 titles depending on situation. You can only get ONE.
Kill everybody = Homewrecker. To get this you must accept House Rist's Offer to go back and kill your employers.
Male Bounty Hunters, choosing Raffid get the Knight of Alderaan title. Females can also get if they choose "I'd like something less formal" in the conversation.
Female Bounty Hunters, choosing to Raffid and the sham marriage, get the Baroness title.

I just did this as a female and chose the Lady. Got no title whatsoever.

Choosing the female awarded me nothing besides +50 LS points, no title.

Did this as a male character, got the "Knight of Alderaan" title.
Was unsure of the status of the other titles availability via tis quest line (Kingmaker) at this time.
It is a very long title.

I was hoping for "Baron" as well but can confirm receiving the title after choosing Lord Raffid.

I also selected the female and I got nothing out of it. If I would have known that, I would have picked another character. +50 light points is nothing compared to having a new title that only Bounty Hunters can get.

Reconfirming. LS male, picked lady, no title.

I'm not mad about it though. Who would want to represent a planet full of jerks like Alderaan?

Earned on a female Bounty Hunter today (2/1/2012) by choosing Raffid, then "I'd like something less formal" when he asks if you would like to be his baroness. Very disappointed that I didn't obtain Baroness, but I still very much appreciate this title.

I said I was out of there and didn't get a title at all as I didn't think the conversation would end so quickly that hitting escape wasn't fast enough...
a reset forces you back to getting the body again, though it's only a couple of guards to rekill.
