As of Jan 27th 2012 I did not get this doing Kaon Under Siege, however considering the probable Codex entry for this title it is likely that this title is aquired by completing The Lost Island Flashpoint which is Not Yet Implemented.

As of yet I have not been given this title even tho i've done Kaon countless times but never gotten any title, havent spoken to CS yet about as I didnt even know there was a title to be had in this FP.

Just cleared Lost Island Hard Mode and did not get the title.

This title is in game, but it is bugged. Currently they are working on a fix.

To get mine i had to send in 3 in game tickets, but eventually a live rep, contacted me in game and grated me the title
