Obtained by completing all bosses in Eternity Vault on Nightmare difficulty in 2 hours or less. (The time limit is still debateable, however it is known you CANNOT reset the instance at any point after beginning)

Got this title yesterday. We had some tries on the first boss but killed the rest first try. So maybe the timer for the 2 hours starts after you kill the first boss.

Patch 1.2.3 adds a timer buff to each member in the team.

Even though some members who died on a boss lost this buff we noticed the instance owner (ops leader) always retained the buff.
It then was reapplied to the rest of the team with the next boss.
