By performing Reverse Engineering on Savant Sash, I've discovered two new patterns:

Overkill Savant Sash (prototype quality)
52 armor
5 Endurance
10 Willpower
3 Power
(materials are 2 Rubant Crystals, 2 Shadowsilk)

Redoubt Savant Sash (prototype quality)
52 Armor
5 Endurance
10 Willpower
3 Defense Rating
(materials are 2 Rubant Crystals, 2 Shadowsilk)

I've also discovered a pattern by performing reverse engineering on the Overkill Savant Sash

Commander's Savant Sash (artifact Quality)
60 Armor
5 Endurance
10 Willpower
4 Presence
3 Power
(materials are 2 Rubant Crystals, 2 Cyrene Silk)

When I reverse engineered the Overkill Savant Sash I got the following recipe

Expert Savant Sash (superior)
60 armor
+5 endurance
+10 willpower
+3 power
+4 surge rating
