As of 14th of March 2012 all Magenta Crystals Recipes can be bought from Geologist Breshin for 250,000 credits on the Republic Fleet.

Drop confirmed on January 11th on EU PvE Exar Kun.
My first attempt though he was killed more often by other groups.
