I was able to find two prototype schematics when re-engineering this item.

? Critical Savant Sash
52 Armor
+5 Endurance
+10 Willpower
++3 Critical Rating

? Redoubt Savant Sash
52 Armor
+5 Endurance
+10 Willpower
+3 Defense Rating

The Critical Savant Sash was also re-engineered into the following artifact level item:

? Tempest Savant Sash (Superior)
60 Armor
+5 Endurance
+10 Willpower
+4 Shield Rating
+3 Critical Rating

Considering Inquisitors can become either Assassins (tank, damage) or Sorcerers (healer, damage), it stands to reason that if you have a successful reverse engineering of any craftable item, it will be either the tank version (+defense) or the damage/healing version (+crit). The upgrade difference is so minimal at this level, that it's questionable whether it is worth reverse engineering greens to try and proc a blue. However, prototypes are more likely to sell and should yield better profit if you put them up on the GTN. :)
