This strategy works well for a Consular Sage. I imagine any class with some sort of self heal ability should be able to do fine. I'm not sure a class without heals can solo this monstrosity.
Stay in melee range at all times, whether you're melee or not. This mob's charge is a massive damage dealer. You'll still need to contend with its ~15 second cooldown ability (headbutt?) which still does a significant portion of damage (20-35% of your health). You're going to need to heal this spike damage yourself, but your healer should be able to top you off in between. I did have to use a medpac as well as keep Force Armor up as much as possible, but I was able to kill it the second time around with the aforementioned tips. Good luck! You're going to need it on this one :)
