He is ranged DPS. He uses blasters, medium armor, and a concussion shot kit.

So much better than Khem for Assassin Tanks! In fact, I still use him over Ashara Zavros and Talos Drellik late into the game.

If you're a tank, this guy is your DPS. I find it faster to DPS most things down rather than a tank+healer (Talos); but I went Biochem, so I have nice medpacs/stims/adrenals. YMMV. I haven't got to Xalek yet, so I cannot compare to him in dps mode.

Also note: by default, Andronikos is in sniper/single-target "mode" - if you expand his control panel, you can click on the AoE's or the assault mode (good for pure AoE). I use a hybrid of Sniper mode and toggle the use of AoE's.

his intrest in items changes as you gain rep with him. i have a female Inq and i maxed my rep with him. once you have slept with him he likes the courting items, as a female if you continue gaining rep with him he will eventually marry you and ask about having kids. i maxed my rep and nothing happened, so i am hopping they add a quest or something just to acknowledge that you've maxed it.

when i logged out and back the next day he had a epic underworld companion gift for me...and then the next day he had another. i guess that is the reward you get for maxing their affection.

@ Lailya: I saw your comment so I thought to test your theory, I'm playing a human female sith inquisitor, I just gave Andronikos a Gold Necklace. I got zero affection and his response is "What am I gonna do with this?"

Unless something's changed since you last gave him a courting item I do believe that the website is correct.

They definitely flipped the gender values in the chart. Both logically (when courting, various gifting values go up for other classes/appropriate characters) and from experience (female SI who gave gifts before & after the "flirt" options appeared) show this to be true.

Not sure how to report this to get it fixed, though...

Edit 1/4/12: Oh! Just found this url on torhead... shows the quests that Andronikos Revel gives. Again. Wish I woulda known that earlier.../sigh now I just completed the quest Carl Norn and I'm level 32 now, and it says that you do the quest at 27, so don't hold torhead as 100% accurate :) There may be other factors involved.

If you're looking to get lots of affection with Andronikus, you get TONS of it on Belsavis. Guess that's only logical since he's a sick, bloodthirsty bastard (and for which my female SI loves him dearly) and really seems to like the idea of breaking people out of the Republic's dirty little secret. Just about every conversation I had I was able to get at least some affection with this guy.

Also, customization skins are available on Taris.

Am I alone in finding this odious little man quite unlikeable?

My female Sorcerer took great delight in finishing Wilkes herself - just to spite Revel. Sadly it did not provoke the opportunity to get rid of Revel that had been hoped for.

Despite having no wish for a "pilot", my toon is now obliged to house, clothe and feed this popinjay, whilst all he does his hang around my ship's bridge looking smug.
