Vette
A Twi'lek born into slavery on the planet Ryloth, Vette escaped a life of servitude to become an accomplished rogue and treasure hunter. Too daring for her own good, she managed to breach Imperial defenses and sneak onto Korriban, gaining entry into the most sacred Sith tombs before being caught.
Years of travel and close calls have made Vette quick with a blaster. Outspoken, uppity and unfiltered, she can be fiercely loyal or relentlessly taxing, making her a source of annoyance to some and of great amusement to others.
Likes: Anti-authority behavior, protecting the weak, treasure and getting paid
Dislikes: Bullying, killing innocents, kissing up
Primary Stat: Cunning
Secondary Stat: Endurance
Primary Weapon: Blaster Pistol
Secondary Weapon: Blaster Pistol

Sorry Mouseno4, you are a little off about her ideal companion gifts. Here's a post I made on her codex entry page. Guess I should have made it here. Ooops.
Anyways, she does like Cultural Artifacts, but not as much as she likes Underworld stuff. And she pretty much shrugs at Luxury items, which I found odd, considering she's supposed to like Treasure... I guess "treasure" means different things to different people.
=============================
Here is a summary of Vette's likes and dislikes when it comes to Companion Gifts. My test was conducted using Rank 1, Green quality gifts purchased from the Companion Gifts Vendor on the Imperial Fleet during the US Thanksgiving Weekend Open Beta.
Rank 1 Underworld Goods: 48 Affection
"Wow, I love it!"
Rank 1 Cultural Artifact: 27 Affection
"This is great, thanks!"
*Rank 1 Courting: 12 Affection
Rank 1 Imperial Memorabilia: 12 Affection
Rank 1 Luxury: 12 Affection
Rank 1 Republic Memorabilia: 12 Affection
Rank 1 Technology: 12 Affection
Rank 1 Weapon: 12 Affection
"Hey, thanks."
Rank 1 Trophy: 0 Affection
"Um, thanks for the thought?"
Rank 1 Military Gear: 0 Affection
"This is a joke?"
*I was not in a romance with Vette at a time. The affection value of this type of gift might change if you are actually "courting" her.
I should also add that my affection with Vette was well over 2500 before performing this test. I am not sure if lower ranked gifts "lose value" the more a companion already likes you. Further testing needed.
You receive this companion on the starter planet Korriban.
She is ranged DPS. She uses medium armor and dual pistols or blaster rifle.
Vette's crew skill bonuses are:
+5 Underworld Trading efficiency and +5 Treasure Hunting Critical
Her main stats are: Cunning and Endurance.
Actually you can view her outfit before choosing it. Ctrl + Left Click the item, then when the dressing room shows up you need to select the tab labeled Companion. repeat until you like what color you see. Pick and equip. Enjoy!
Cheers!
Vette is a female Twi'lek born on the planet of Ryloth. Living a life of slavery, she jumped at the chance for freedom when a pirate named Nok Drayen offered to allow her to join him. Vette became a pirate and learned much from Nok, and would eventually form her own group of Twi'leks when the pirate suddenly up and left.
Don't let Vette's playful and silly demeanor fool you. Though she likes to joke around and relax, she is very dangerous and will leave you just as quickly as she would tease you.
Vette is voiced by Catherine Taber
As a side note to this. I chose to wait until I was level 25 to begin solo running BT for Vette rep. You can mount up onboard, and you'll be able to bypass 90% of the enemies at that level, there's a few you have no choice but to fight, but the majority I left standin' in place shakin' in their booties.
You'll also get a whooping +5 XP upon successful completion at that level!
This is a list of all of Vette's conversations in the right order.
I: Welcome Vette
II: Before I Got Free
III: Life with Nok Drayen
IV: Vette and Risha
V: Being Twi'lek
VI: Star of Ryloth
VII: Reminisce
VIII: Family Ties
IX: Two Truths and a Lie
X: A Serious Look
XI: Tivva
XII: Mermory Torn
XIII: Maternal Pull
XIV: Like I Want to be Treated
XV: Shooting the Breeze
XVI: Love is Weird
XVII: And the Old Moff
XVIII: Mother
XIX: I Married a Sith
XX: Quiet Time
XXI: The Long Term
If there are any more quests with Vette, or if I have forgotten any of her conversations, feel free to write me a note and I will correct the mistake as soon as possible.
I hope You will find this list usefull.
@ShinobiHanzo
At equal rank of affection, you get 100% affection gains from companion gifts. Being 1 rank higher affection than the rank of the gift gives 50%, 2 ranks gives 25% and 3 ranks or more likely gives 0%. (I was unable to test this fully as I could not get a companion to rank 4 affection in the time I had during beta.) As you already mentioned, you had 2500 affection (rank 2 is reached at 2000), so your numbers are half of the values they would give at rank 1.
As an aside, some companions apparently do not have a +96 affection option for character gifts, at least as of the last weekend of the beta. Whether this was an oversight that will be remedied or not, or perhaps can be remedied through interacting with your companions or by some other method stands to be seen.
Should you happen to be a Dark Sider and not want to do the Light Side options the following conversation responses will give you 285 affection with Vette and 200 Dark Side points..
Please note that a response marked with an exclamation mark ! means that there is no response that will give you an affection gain and should you choose the following number you will lose affection.. Also the Dark Side choices will lose you affection sadly but all in all you do come out ahead..

Hmm, I see. Well, that's mildly interesting, but may force me to make 2 SW's to get both romance's, not that i mind, but I may have to give up my trooper slot for it (damn 8 char slots >< ).
Also, ShinobuHanzo, as a follow up, do you know if you can then leave your romance to start with the other girl (and back and forth) or would you be stuck with your choice?
Being an mmo rather then single player, 'starting over' so to speak, would seem a bit counter productive after the time you invested.
Sure you can guess, I'm not a fan of leaving any girl hung up ;)

Does anyone know if it is possible to romance both Jaese and Vette? or if you get confronted by them both (like Mass Effect) and they force you to choose?
And if you can go back to a previous romance or not?
What happens if you get 10K affection? I didn't noticed i had to choose a option i wanted vette as my love thingy so i chose both :(
Can you still do the love quests when you have 10K affection or can i change it somehow? It will suck if you can't becuase of one option you made wrong :(
Hope someone can help me?
I don't know if this has been answered yet, but as to the question - "Can I romance more than one companion at a time?"
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible, as some companions require dark/light sides to be romanceable & there is only one option per side & per sex.
Id love to be proved wrong tho heh.
MetalGenocide,
If I had to "guess", I would say that picking one negates any future possible romance with the other. BioWare has shown this behavior in their past RPG's. And just based on the VO responses I've heard, it doesn't sound like there is any room for starting up a fresh romance with one, after you choose the other.
The VO files were available on BetaCake a few months back. Not sure if they are still there. It's actually pretty boring sitting there listening to every single possible conversation response, including your own, male AND female, and you end up spoiling a lot of content for yourself.
@Madfox4u
The chances that we will change the companions names is very very slim, due to them being in the voice commentary. Possibly in the future they may add more names, like an option of 5 or 6, but beyond that, we can't name them ourselves.
On a side note, her name is pronounced Vet in game.
@ LorddScourge
I hit a wall after doing the Star of Ryloth mission. After I picked up Jaesa, I was able to do about 7 missions in a row from her.
Ok, thanks for the heads up :)
Guess I'll just have to make 2 Sith warriors and forgo the Trooper hehe.
Not that I mind too much ^^ So far the games impressed me. And atleast creating alts isn't going to be tedious.
I know, rather off topic :)
