Spent a long time just running in circles trying to kill him spent so long I alt tabbed out to search the enet to find why I couldn't kill.... turns out his padawan even when dead can still heal him even when dead... if u just take him to the other end of the room from where she died at she gets out of range and the fight takes maybe 30 seconds since shes not spam healing him still.

There might be a slight bug with this encounter... even though I "disabled" his sidekick Thendys Noori (by engaging her first), she apparently can still throw heals on Jarro... it was a bit of a hamster on a wheel action until I could figure out what was going on... once i pulled Jarro a bit farther away (down the ramp a little ways) from Noori to avoid the healing, he dropped like a rock. As a L36 arsenal merc, I could not burst him fast enough to beat the healing, so plan accordingly.

I got to the Kellian Jarro fight and he wasn't there. Submitted a bug report. Haven't been back yet to try again.
