HARD MODE
Interrupt his Head Shot move (important!) and when he does his grenade barrage everyone run around him in a wide circle, spread out, and in one direction (clockwise, eg). Hard to do if you have only 1 interrupt since he does the head shot somewhat frequently. Suggest 2 interrupters.
