The easiest way to get him down is probably to fight him in the hall, then you'll be able to pack droids much easier.

- Healer have to be careful about removing the grenade fire debuff
- Keep cancelling his firing skill as much as possible
- Droids waves at 75% - 50% - 25%
- Goes enrage(if i'm not wrong) at 25% so switch on burst dps

These are tips for normal mode (we haven hit 50 yet, not even close)

- Activate panel to take out two turrets, then kill other two quickly at beginning of fight.
- Interrupt, interrupt, interrupt!
- Remove thermal grenade debuff.
- Kill guard spawns. This worked best for us. If we didn't they would swarm the healer (me)...up to 12 of them by the time you get him down to 25%. Was just way too chaotic and difficult to heal through.

Our group was, Guardian, Sentinel, Shadow, Sage. This entire FP was facerolling easy until the last boss where the difficulty (ie. coordination effort) stepped up significantly relative to the rest of the FP. The key is INTERRUPT EVERYTHING, but focus on his Full Auto. You can interrupt it but the animation continues for some reason. Remove the grenade debuff (party members look like they're on fire after he throws a grenade). We killed the guards. He does no DPS when the guards spawn, he sits there reloading his gun while you fight them. Once we had interrupts and debuffing down he dropped without a lot of drama, but it took us a few tries to get the coordination down to focus a little less on DPS and more on interrupts/debuffing.

I don't think he enraged for us (maybe that's only heroic mode?).

Throws a grenade which leaves a really harmful dot. This should be dispelled ASAP.

Our group decided to pull the boss far away in the hallway and nuke him there. Only had to deal with the first wave of droids, because it took them such a long time to reach us.

This is a DPS race dont kill the droids just DPS the boss.
Tank try to pick up the droids asap and also move out of his gunfire.

The enrage is on a timer: we tried pulling him all the way to the entrance and by the time we started fighting him he was enraged at 100% health (putting the enrage timer at a 1-2 minutes).

Thus dps race seems to be the best option for this guy.
