Solo'ed him today as a L38 Arsenal Merc... I mostly just healed Mako and she healed me, firing off auto shots in between healing bouts to whittle the HP down. Loot was the same BoE orange Enshrouding Force Headgear (http://www.torhead.com/item/4kp8IdU/enshrouding-force-headgear) and 2138 credits/2350xp, plus the aforementioned chest that spawns nearby, which makes me wonder if these mini-bosses have limited loot lists for farming specific orange pieces (been hitting these on various planets lately). Worth investigating for sure...

It is in The Brell Sediment - Southern Shore, just south of the entrance for the Tainted Water mission.

A chest loads right next to him also.

Solo'd as level 38 juggernaut with Malavai Quinn as healer. Dropped

Prototype Kuati Polyfibe Gauntlets-(BLUE) +42 Strength, +31 Endurance, +20 Critical Rating, Level 31 Heavy Armor.

Had trouble finding results for it when i was trying to locate a source.
