Champion Jax Stog
This NPC can be found in Ord Mantell. in Avilitan Badlands just west of the upper path to the generators for Generator Problems.

I died after I killed Farkus, revieved and killed Stog (lvl 7 Smuggler - no medpacks or stims).
He dropped [Prototype Trandoshan Plastiform Body Armor] (Heavy Armor - 106 armor, 8 aim, 9 cunning) which I couldn't find on torhead.
After that I killed 'em both using a Minor Medpack.

Very strong elite. Probably guarding Specialist Dev Farkus
Is killable by lvl 7 muggler
Tactic i used. Throw a flash grenade, kill his companion. Take max distance, charged burst, sabotage charge, and thermal grenade. than just keep him kiting around with auto shot, keep bleed up. And when he comes in range you'll do the dirty kick to get some range again. Also used 1 medpack, because he hits like a truck when he comes near you!
He drops Sentry Rifle or Stellar Protector with different kind of stats on. (Could drop more different items. We'll see those when the loot tables get updated)
(he seems to kill loads of lowbies that don't come back, because he's mostly grey (tagged) )
