The actual boss is pretty spank and tank; but he jumps around the room at what seems like timed intervals. When he jumps he can spawn 2 semi-elite turrets that should be taken down as they'll add a nice chunk of damage to the fight.

Our group was a bit underlevel, but we found that we could not kill turrets faster than he spawned him and ended up dead. IMO your best bet at the moment seems to be to smash his face in and use CC on the first set of turrets. Total zergfest but it works.

Like you said, you were simply underlevel. Deffo the easiest boss in the flashpoint, even tho it's the last. Just have all your dps nuking the turrets asap. Definitely a better bet than trying to herpderpzerg it. If you managed this far, you shouldn't have any trouble with this.

we tried to just nuke the boss and leave turrets alone. What happened - we killed boss but turrets just kept nuking us from all sides of the room, even through walls. We died. When we came back - turrets killed us again. No idea if that is normal, might be bugged atm.

At least for the Sorcerer healer, being around 9 talents in Lightning to have Subversion and Lightning Barrier really helps with zerging and/or going the long burn. Not only can you contribute to killing the turrets, you are helping to keep your Force regen high throughout the fight. But this is definately a flashpoint you want to be the right level for, to hit

Just fought this boss tonight with three players and one companion. We also thought he was jumping around the room at timed intervals while we attacked the turrets, but it turns out that it was the companion's continued dps on him that caused him to move. Once we all just attacked the turrets, he stayed on the same platform until we finished them both, and only after switching to him and taking a significant chunk of his life did he jump to the next platform.
