Mainly a TankN'Spank encounter. Make sure the companion tank or actual tank keeps threat and you won't have a problem. She will use "Force Charge" on the person with the most threat, immobilizing them for 1.5 seconds. Once she uses "Cyclone Nova" you will be pulled into her and have a 70% speed debuff on you. Simply begin running away until she casts her AoE. Note that the AoE can kill companions and depending on the players' individual levels may kill them in one shot as well. Other than that just rinse/repeat.
A fun little encounter for a first "Boss" of a starter Flashpoint. Although the mechanics aren't too difficult it does cause PuGs to coordinate DPS/Threat somewhat as well as seeing what the healers are capable of doing. At that low level it is not unlikely to have a healer who has yet to get their AC, so their abilities may be limited. Though as long as you keep the tank up (duh) you should be good to go.
It is worth mentioning however that the run back to the boss is rather short so if you do die it is prudent to release and run back into the Flashpoint. It is possible to defeat her this way as the encounter continues until everyone is dead and you are allowed back into the instance. On more than one occasion I was in a group where this was the case.
When she pulls you in with that cyclone back out or her aoe damage will tear you up.
For extra damage for ~600 a pop there are 2 explosives in the room you can get her with, just have someone stand by them and when she jumps at you click on them.
Hard Mode
Main this to watch out for is the Cyclone Nova She will pull you in and you need to run directly out. When she AOE's she'll kill you pretty quick.
The second thing is to note she has a very short enrage timer about 1:30 seconds from our count, then she starts one shooting random people.
So bring plenty of DPS or do some Dailies to get better mods.

This is the final boss of Black Talon. She's a pretty simplistic boss, somewhat of a matyr if you ask me.
Her main gimmick is that she will pull you in, this is queued with her saying "You aren't going to win this, I swear it." after that your main job is to walk appx. 15 meters away from her as an AoE blast lines up after she pulls you in.
Likely you are doing this with a companion tank or dps... try to keep an eye on them because the ability can kill them. Be ready to hit Ctrl+2 to reel em in.
