Have done this a few times now. I *think* this is the general strategy:
1) The 3 droids have 2 shields distributed amongst them. One will have the blue shield (immune to damage), one will have the yellow shield (reflects damage), and one will have no shield.
2) Once the tank has picked up aggro on all 3 droids, focus fire on the droid with no shield.
3) At certain points (I think it's when the droid gets to 50%) the shields will move to different droids. Simply switch your damage to the unshielded droid.
4) Once the first droid is dead the yellow shield will disappear.
5) Once the second droid is dead the blue shield will also disappear.
Notes: These droids do a LOT of damage so do get ready with medikits, cooldowns etc. Also, avoid killing the yellow shielded droid. We ended up with a situation where the final droid had the blue shield up, and it took us about 10 minutes to kill him by getting damage in in the split second while he rebuffed with the shield.
