LordDrummer is referring to the fact that Commander Narlock is a Mon Calamari the most famous of whom is Admiral Ackbar. Ackbar's best known line was "It's a trap!".
The funny thing in this case is that there's is a whole section of dialogue with this guy in the game where he talks about being a subject of a trap but it feels like the writers have purposely gone out of their way not to actually use the word, favouring words like "ruse" instead ^_^

Well on the essless, he doesn't say anything about traps.....but shortly after ambassador asara DOES say that it was a trap.
