Once in a millennium, a man or woman is born who expands the frontiers of what Force users can achieve. Proud, young Jedi Padawan Jaesa Willsaam discovered the unprecedented ability to discern any being's true nature and uncover a person's most secret intentions. Born to a family of servants on Alderaan, she was brought to the Jedi Order and trained by Master Nomen Karr.
But Nomen Karr could only protect and shield his Padawan from the world for so long. Through the machinations of Darth Baras, Jaesa was drawn away from the protection of the order and confronted by Baras's own apprentice--and with the emotional instability of her Master.
Having now seen the darkness within the Jedi Order, Jaesa has left its corruption behind completely to help transform the Empire from within. She has searched her whole life for something to believe in, and her new teacher has provided the answer.

You can make Lightside choices to make her your apprentice so she will remain Light but she is not romanceable as Light, they might change this later down the line but as far as iv read she doesnt have the Dialogue for light side romances at the moment.
So if your going light side sith warrior, then Vette is your obvious choice for a romance, she isnt fond of dark side choices anyway.
A little insight regarding why she's open to simple procreation but not actual romance if she's light-side.
Jedi don't frown on love and most certainly don't frown from sex (Current Jedi Grand Master in this game Satele Shan has a son after all) they frown is in ATTACHMENT.
Because loving someone, will inevitably lead to attachment, what comes after is naturally, FEAR of losing that to which we are attached to. And that fear can make us do some really stupid crap (Such as butchering a temple full of children. Nice going anakin /sarcasm). Because of that, Jedi forbid their students from forming any kind of deep attachments. Its ok to have friends, its ok to admire your master, and its even ok to have a quickie once in a while, but its not ok that you love someone to the point you don't want to let go, because we often do anything to cling to what we love.
Yoda said it best on Episode 3: "You must let go, of everything you are afraid to lose"
Sith on the other hand, don't have such qualms, they fuel their powers through raw emotion and drive to get what YOU want, regardless of how many people you gotta trample to get it. So regardless of whether or not your toon is light-side or dark-side, if you want to romance this chick, turn her sith. Otherwise, it will be robotic emotionless (off-screen) sex.

As everyone ought to know, Jedi frown upon love and emotion, which is a logical reason as to why you can't romance a light sided Jedi character.
However, dark sided characters (both Jedi and Sith) are open for relationships and love.
