This quest, as the other 4-man quest recieved from the same camp, is easier than you'd think.
What you need is a group of 2 or 3 people, one of which ought to be a tank. Or a single stealther person. Whichever works.

As far as I know of, an Assassin with stealth can solo this quest, as all you need to do is hit an item to destroy the generators, and that can be done in combat.
If you do not wish to kill anything, you can run in, have a tank take aggro and spam all survivability CD's and have somebody go and tap the item to detonate the Generator. Repeat untill all are destroyed. You'll die a few times to be sure, but atleast you get the quest done and your phat lewts.

If you wish to complete the quest while killing stuff, then bewarned about the guardian in the middlemost Generator. He's a very nasty Champion person, who hits harder than a Godzilla. Or close enough to make no real difference. You'll definitely want a real healer and a tank if you wish to take on that bad boy.
I didn't bother to kill the guy with my group, we simply pulled the guy and survived long enough for a party member to flip the switch and blow the place. Then we died and did the rest.

There are no moddable Orange Techstaffs or TechBlades in the game (mainly because there are no +AIM Hilts to put on them).

So any character that uses those (Scorpio, Torian, Skadge, etc) will get a blue version instead.

They're the best version for them outside of a Advanced Armormech craft, but nowhere near as versatile.
