You have to be fast when welding the door shut or the beast WILL break free and kill you. Don't think this is one of those quest you can just sit there and take your time.
I don't know if there is a special order you have to weld the round seals in but I completed the quest welding the lower right, lower left and then the top one.

Make sure to dismiss your companion. I tilted my camera up, and Nadia got in the way. I clicked on her by accident, and the door opened as I tilted the camera back up to avoid her. Sadly, I needed to talk to her, so she said, "Can I talk to you? Just when you have time." -.- So, confirmed death from monster when you're alone.
Also, make sure to go OUTSIDE and to the right while you're facing the holoterminal that delivers the quest. There's a robot sitting beside a bunch of containers; one is glowing blue. You don't need to have the torch out while wielding the door, just click the right, left, then top middle circles to lock the door.

If you are doing the lvl 50 Belsavis Dailies, you are in the area to do this one anyways. At 50, with a decently-geared companion, it was not hard to either kill the beasts between you and the instance (be aware of the patrolling Queen Kor'Slug(s)) or sneak by if you are a stealther. In fact as a stealther, this was like free money (or rather free legacy xp and a Daily Comm (and maybe some affection pts with a companion). Get in, weld the three clickable spots (quickly), sneak back out. Takes 5 minutes or less if you don't mess with killing all the other critters.

As I found out, you don't even have enough time to take a good screenshot for Torhead and weld. If it gets loose, just run, run like hell. Unless of course you have a group and want to do it The Hard Way.
There is also only 1 welding order (right, left, then top) as the other welding locations will not be click-able.
