Xenozoologist Mola Haxtor managed to tag a rakghoul with a camera that could film its behavior in the wild; however, the rakghoul appears to have turned the camera off.
She has asked you to take on the dangerous task of tracking down her rakghoul and recovering the camera. Head to the nearby abandoned power plant and kill brutal elder rakghouls until you find the one with the camera.

And any rakghoul will do, I got mine off the first cluster pull of 5 rakghouls. Which had both Enraged Elder, and Festering Elder rakghouls, so any Elder will give you what you need.
