Rakghoul Release

Project Quell, a study to determine the potential weaknesses of rakghouls, is in jeopardy. Private Selro has been unable to contact the scientists running the project since a recent power surge brought everything offline in their facility in the Tularan Marsh. He fears that the rakghouls caged down there may have escaped.

Head down to the Project Quell labs and restart the three security systems found there.

Tasks:

  • Rescuers? Friendly faces--well armed, too. Yes, such a relief after so many rakghouls.

    You're one of the scientists?
    Jedi KnightJedi ConsularTrooperSmuggler
I took care of the rakghouls.
    Jedi KnightJedi ConsularTrooperSmuggler
I've had enough of this place.
  • None of our scientists have come out. But if they reached the lab's panic room, they might still be alive. Please, you have to find them!

    Leave this to me, Private.

    Why don't you? [Refuse quest]

They kept a whole pack of them there. The scientists wanted to study the rakghouls' behavior, try to find weaknesses we could use.

    Someone approved this?

    I see. Knowing the enemy.

    Rakghouls? How many?

    Sounds like an Imperial lab.

    And something went wrong?

Not easy to solo.

A shadow with mind maze can solo this with a bit of work. Since the exit to the instance is so close by, you can simply mind maze the elite, kill 1 strong mob and then run out of the instance to heal up, go back inside, maze the elite again and kill the other strong mob, and repeat until the elite is dead. Remember to turn off qyzen's AoE abilities. One of the consoles has 2 elites and a strong iirc, which might require you to use channel the force depending on how geared (and how leveled) you and qyzen are - I personally did not have to, and killed the strong, ran out and came back to kill off the 2 elites one by one with mind maze. Use force speed to run out of the instance when you delve deeper inside (it is still fairly close by and you should have no problems out-running the mobs).
