This is a simple quest. I believe the amount of gangsters you have to kill is 6. They are everywhere just outside of the starting cantina.

The respawn timers on the gang members is currently so high that you can find two groups and by the time you kill the second one, the first group will be back up. A simple kill "X" quest to get you familiar with the basic functions of combat for the IA and Bounty Hunters.

Hendusith, this quest is offered for Bounty Hunters, too, so it's not just for Imperial Agents to learn their basic skills.
