Empire:

The starter quest is from a droid called K-4NV, in the Galactic Trade Market area of the Imperial Fleet.

Co-ordinates: X: 4576: Y: 4779 Z: 698

Gives you a mission called "Immediate Vengeance" which kicks off the conversations to gain access to the Flashpoint.
