Ensign Rosha needs you to sabotage the Exchange's spying operation.

You will need to grab the codes for the uplink towers from their people on site, and then use them to sabotage the links. Loot the Red Cliff uplink access code from an Exchange slicer in Jundland.

If you for some reason find your self unable to press the interactable quest item after you have acquired the necessary items, try relogging. It bugged twice for me at different towers, relogged the second time and it worked.

After trying for a solid 10 minutes to realize what I was doing wrong, I found out the problem with the quest is actually the respawn timer on the Uplink is just stupid long. If you sit around and wait on it it will respawn. Considering that the enhancement will be replaced by the time you're 40 and the over abundance of quests in this zone, I say it's worth skipping this one until they fix the respawn rate.
