Also soloable as a 25 Mercenary bounty hunter. avoid the 3 packs, Concussion missile one of the pairs and burn the other with Mako out or use a DPS pet and do the healing yourself.

Soloable by a lvl 26 sith sorcerer.
Elites with about 9-10k hp, come in singles, duos or tribles - couldn't handle the triples, but they can be avoided anyways.
Annoying part is that once you take out all the things in the first part, you're asked to kill 8 exchange - this artificially prolongs the mission, somewhat annoyingly.
