Very ugly, there are multiples of all three mobs you need, and the drop is random (and not common) So you have to just keep killing Chief Wardens, Security Wardens and Subsystem Wardens until you get all three drops.

Leads to Captive with Bonus Mission Jailbreak
The "strong" Camp 27 Overseers have a med scan (healing) ability.

Ako Domi spawns after you talk to the Imperial Inquisitor and is level 23 strong, He comes with 2 sith apprentices - both level 22 strongs. Ako Domi was shielded against all damage until I had the second apprentice to about half health.

I have enjoyed all the quests up to this point, but without doubt this is the worst quest ever. Talk about destroying the spirit of the game. This is just a grinding session with a drop rate so low you will be there for months. Abandon it while you still can.

All the subsystem wardens are outside the normal circle. I don't believe this mission is bugged as many people want to think. I believe it follows along the guidelines of the conversation you had with Zan Loren. The circle needs to be a bit bigger, perhaps, and maybe one circle for each type of warden, but the mission does work properly, although with a bit of a low drop rate. I only found 2 subsystem wardens. After the second kill, I waited for the mob to respawn and he dropped the access code on the next kill.

The Subsystem Wardens can be a pain to locate but, there is one directly to the right of the Security Craft on the upper level just as you enter the prison area, and to easily find a second Subsystem Warden, if you stand near the hood of the security craft on the lower level looking to the rear of the craft, there is a ramp to the right leading up. Take that ramp, then continure in a straight line to a similar ramp, leading to the Shadow Town Prison Access Corridor, at the top of that ramp you'll find a Subsystem Warden that spawns rather quickly.

Do NOT listen to this person the coordinates are incorrect , there are no negative values in this area!

To try to make it a little easier, at 2581, -1546, there is a cop car. A Subsystem Warden is on one side of the street, and a Security Warden is right across from him. They dropped two of three. If you jump down behind the wardens you kill at that location, the Chief Warden is on that level, at 2638, -1553.

There are other Chief Wardens, but only the one at 2638, -1553 dropped the card for me.

Echoing what others have said.
It's hard to actually find the right mobs. The Chief Wardens are fairly plentiful, but the other two spawn much less often. Then you find people camping the spot they appear. When you finally do get to hit one of the other two first and he dies - the drop rate is absolutely horrible.
Agree with a previous poster - save your sanity and skip this mission until they fix the drop rate.

Edit - seems that at the minute you can't abandon this quest if you start it, even resetting it doesn't help. So it hangs around in your mission log as a reminder of how annoying it was!

Trust me, it's not "fixed" in any way. Got the primary and security on the first drop, but the subsystem seriously took us nine subsystem officers to get.

Worth noting also, although several of these comments allude to this, that you need to kill all three types of warden mentioned in the mission text. You can't get all three codes from one type of warden.

Security Access Code drops from Security Wardens
Primary Access Code drops from Chief Wardens
Subsystem Access Code drops from Subsystem Wardens

The drop rate is probably about 25%, but if you're just killing random wardens rather than the type you need then it will be a painful grind.

to bad its a mission, and not a quest. Maybe thats why you didn't get the mission items as quick as others.

the named target actually recieves a buff called " something something" (not really) and is immune to damage for a certain amount of time.

I finally did this yesterday and almost gave up, the marker that shows where the Subsystem Warden is located is way off. Once I collected 3 codes from one side, I went on the other side of the area and saw the Subsystem Warden there. Most but not all of the quest locations markers are correct and you will have to do a little bit of searching and this quest was one of them. Yes and the drop rate for this quest was terrible for me, I was grinding forever.

Possibly they've fixed it. I had no problems finding the right mobs and they each dropped the quest item on the first kill.

If you haven't started this pay attention to which drops you've got so you don't have to waste time killing ones that you already have the drop from.

This quest does indeed suck. I only found two system access wardens, and pretty far apart. One is behind a crowd on the right just as you enter into the area. The other up two ramps on the left on the other side of the map marker for the quest. Even with that, I had to kill each 3-4 times to get the drop for that warden type.
