Vette has finally gotten a lead on her sister, Tivva. Turns out that she has been on Nar Shaddaa the whole time. Vette has a contact on Nar Shaddaa that will tell her Tivva's exact whereabouts.
Take Vette to Nar Shaddaa to meet her contact.

Part of this mission happens in Nar Shaddaa: Mezenti Spaceport, and Lower Promenade
Upon completion of this mission you will gain:
If your having a hard time finding Krata, go to the Lower Promenade on Nar Shaddaa.
From there head to the giant golden statue of the Hutt "Karagga the Unyielding".
To the right of this statue on your map is an entrance to the Cantina which has lit signs in the shape of Biths (aliens that have a bald head and big black eyes) playing something that looks like a clarinet. The entrance also has a pile of purple and yellow arrows on it showing you the way in.
No worries... I walked right past it too.
Note: having Vette as your companion when LANDING on Nar Shaddaa may not be enough to advance the mission. When I first landed I had Jaesa out, so I called out Vette then went back onto my ship, which then took off. Then we landed on Nar Shadda again and upon exiting the ship Vette was with me sure enough, but the mission still didn't advance.
So, still with Vette as my current companion, I got back aboard the ship, left for Quesh, then returned to Nar Shadaa and landed again. Then the mission advanced to "Speak to Krata".
So, you need to have Vette 'out' when you arrive in the Nar Shadaa system.
