Test of the Clan

Roggar Den, a Mandalorian leader at Outpost Rennar, has challenged you to participate in a trial of respect and glory. The Sand People distill a lethal poison and only their holiest shrines have the antidote.

To pass the trial, you had to voluntarily drink the poison. Before you succumb to the toxin or the Sand People themselves, go to their camp in the Southern Jundland Wastes and retrieve the antidote held within the shrine.

You have 15 minutes to get the antidote AND take it. Do not forget this. Once you reach the urn in the hut with the antidote, you then must open your Mission Items Inventory and TAKE THE ANTIDOTE!

First things first...take the poison after accepting the quest. It's located on the corner of the table behind the guy who gave you the quest. But know this: once you take the poison, a 15 minute timer begins. It only takes about 5 mins if you go straight to the antidote, only fighting mobs that knock you off your mount. You will have plenty of time to get off and gather items for professions if need be. If mobs dismount you, dont freak out. Just kill them, loot, and move on.

The antidote is located in a small hut directly outside the group instance "Blood and Sand". Do not get excited and enter that zone, you will die if you are on this quest and havn't taken the antidote yet. Once you get to the antidote, make sure to find it in your inventory (mission items) after you pick it up... and actually take it.

**Note** When I arrived at the antidote, there was a bit of pvp action going on, and somewhere in the mix a gold elite mob (aprox lvl 26) was causing some issues. Im not sure what the deal was with that, I really dont think it was part of this quest - but it's worth mentioning that at least there's a possibility of having an elite mob in the area to look out for.

The turn in for this quest is the same guy you picked it up from.

Don't enter another instanced questing area, doing so appears to put the timer down to zero instantaneously, and kill you. Extra annoying since there's a quest literally right next to the place where you pick up the antidote.

Incredibly easy for an Imperial Agent Operative. Just stealth past almost all the mobs. One note though, at some point some sand people will burst out of the ground. Even though you're stealthed they've already aggro'd to you so don't keep running forward or else you'll chain the next group.

As a Sith Sorcerer this was fairly straightforward. I just put up my shield, mount up and went for it keeping to the edges where possible and actively avoiding the Sand People. Only had to kill around two groups to get to the antidote.

Unable to take the antidote once I pick it up.
Right-clicking the antidote in my inventory gives me the message "That action is not in effect".
I have definitely taken the poison because a few minutes later I die...every time.
I've tried this 3 times now.

Still bugged. The antidote is not in the little grass shack. BTW, thanks for the tip on putting up the shield before speeding away.

This quest is bugged. The antidote has disappeared from where it says it should be on the map.
