I got bugged at the "Return to Jeren Organa" after "Complete "Shipment of Weapons" for Kamen Proy", but dropping the quest and re-running through the entire sequence got me back on track.

For those stuck at "Return to Jeren Organa" or "Return to Captain Vakar":

1. Abandon the bonus series and retake it at the initial quest giver in the palace.
2. You only have to repeat the quest "Recover Medpacks".
3. Every other quest in the series will auto-complete as soon as you retake it.
4. Reward at the end: Lv 39 purple Armoring mod or blue storage case.

Major Brom starts the mission, "Alderaan: Bonus Series" but he is not the begining of this chain. The official starting breadcrumb comes from Sergeant Collo, who stands to the left of the PvP Quest Terminal in the Combat Training section of Carrick Station, Republic Fleet. The breadcrumb mission is called, "Overreach", and it becomes available after you complete Chapter 2.

You are meant to do this mission chain during the Interlude between the end of Chapter 2 and the begining of Chapter 3.

Like Hyperlane says. The mission that leads to this bonus series is picked up at the Republic Fleet.
The mission is Overreach and can be picked up next to the PVP mission box.

You start quest directly from Major Brom in Castle Organ or pick up the breadcrumb quest at the Republic Fleet. Both available at Level 40.

Starts with Major Brom in House Organa Castle, Republic Dispatch Center. The Republic Dispatch Center is the second entrance on the LEFT inside the castle proper, first floor.

This series is way too difficult to do solo. I finally gave up. They need to tone down the amount of mobs. It was like one long heroic mission series. I finally dropped the whole series as not worth the effort. I was stuck on Shipment of Weapons. I would get past one set of mobs and find another coming at me. I couldn't stay alive long enough to get anywhere. In my opinion, this quest series is not worth the aggravation of dying every two minutes. Stay away from this series unless in a group.

Also, the rewards were Advanced Skill Armoring 17 or Advanced Patron Armoring 17, or an Ornate Prototype Storage Case. Not the moddable items.

Minor but annoying: When they send you to the Ulgo Raiding Camp -- the "medpacks" step above-- on your map (because much of it is undiscovered) the entrance will appear close to the Observatory. Don't be fooled, don't take the South road you had just traveled. Take the North road instead and it'll send you in the right direction. I'm sure this was obvious to 90% of you; I'm commenting for the 10% who are like me and get lost all the time :)

I was able to access it after doing my class quests and the Panteer Castle quests.

Has just made this bonus series.
Similarly there were problems as well as at many with delivery of last quest Captain Vakar.

My following actions:
1. Has removed a quest.
2. Has executed again a bonus series choosing everywhere the second answer in conversation.

I got bugged twice during this mission in two different spots. The 'solution' doesn't alleviate any responsibility on the developers to fix this as they've known about it as far back as the beginning of the year, but as they've done nothing about it, here's what I had to do:

I got bugged both with returning to Jaren Organa and with returning to Captain Vakar. Both time, I had to abandon and then restart the series. If you go back to everyone, you'll just have to do the conversation pieces as well as the med pack recovery (which is only a few minutes). I had to do this again when I was supposed to talk to Captain Vakar a second time and still only had to do the conversation pieces and the med pack pickup. Common thread? I did ANYTHING else. There are several additional missions you can and should do, but the problem is that if you don't do the series straight through, they won't want to talk to you.

SO - your choices are:
1. do all the additional missions that come up and go through abandoning and restarting the bonus series twice (with minimal redundancy)
2. just ignore all the other quests and only focus on what the bonus series is telling you to do.

For some reason I could not see a mission symbol on Mistress Amaran at Imperial Fleet until I turned 50. I would try going straight to House Thul if this happens to you too. I went back to Alderaan several times after turning 40 but nothing was available there and I had no idea it was at Imp Fleet.

Horrible horrible series. Avoid at all costs. (1.1)

1. No XP for the main quest line. So that's at least 6 quests worth of XP missing.
2. 3 heroic quests too many. Having any heroic missions in a bonus series that hardly anyone will do is borderline retarded.
3. Mob density is double what it is in any other area of the game.
4. Impossible to complete as final NPC is bugged and has nothing to say to you.

NPC is Mistress Amaran, gives you Alderaan's Third Front which sends you to meet Serjay Thul

I was level 40 and was just about to head to Belsavis and it was available

For Empire, you need to be level 40 and complete your class quest Chapter 2. Then head to the Imperial Fleet and talk to the NPC next to the PvP terminal.

Starts with Lord Serjay Thul, in House Thul (Kaamos Territory), in the front right room in Thul Palace.
