One of the followups to this quest is Forcing Their Hand: Retrieval; which is gained by choosing to retrieve and carry back the Talz rations, cold weather gear, and other supplies. Choosing to carry the supplies back yielded +40 Affection with Torian while on my Powertech.

On a sidenote, if you are just landed on Hoth and started doing these quests; it is more efficient to get Forcing Their hand PRIOR to doing the Bounty Hunter quest which has you go confront your mark on Hoth. Both quests bring you to the same cave system, and increases your time efficiency. I was unaware of this quest line; and jumped straight to my BH class quest figuring I would get the close quest done early and not have to fight into that cave system.

For the Warrior with Lieutenant Pierce companion:
