It seems that this quest is a little buggy. I didn't get credit for the win until I had won 2 or 3 warzones.

Conquest of the Core Worlds
The Minister of War has mustered a new swift action division to deliver swift and decisive response to emerging threats across the galaxy.
By volunteering you will be expected to deploy to warzones and battle for victory against the opposing forces. Signal your readiness by toggling the holographic signal at the bottom right of your mini-map overlay.
When Imperial forces are ready to be deployed you will be prompted to join them in claiming victory for the Empire.

- Return to the Bounty Board
