You have to be or finish Bonus series for Alderaan. It's in Outpost Eudor.

Rewards posted for this mission are wrong. Only reward available was a blue lockbox and 21k exp at level 41

To confirm: this quest does not drop a Orange Head piece, just a Lvl 40 Blue (Class 4) Lockbox.

soloable as lev 39 agent, kite the champion around the mountain.

Honestly I believe this quest can be soloed by anyone.

When you investigate one of the nodes for the quest, you'll be attacked by a Champion. You can either run, vanish, or die to this and it will not affect your quest progress. From this point you will simply have to loot the corpses. You may get attacked by another Champion at this point. Do the same as you did with the other Champion and you'll have completed the quest without killing anything.
