Smashing the Front

Republic forces have steadily gained ground against the Imperial invaders on Ilum, but the campaign is in danger of grinding to a halt.

Imperial strike teams have located the Republic's primary landing zone on Ilum and are attempting to cut off supplies and reinforcements to the Republic's front lines.

Gather your allies and travel to Republic landing zone to begin your assault on the Imperial's forward base.

Defeat enemies and/or search the crates around Central Assault for armaments.

Alternatively, take the fight to the Warzones throughout the Galaxy.

Tasks:

  • Defeat Enemies/Collect Armaments/Play Warzones
  • Return to the Bounty Board

You have to go destroy walkers and giant turrets in the Ilum PvP zone 5 times.

Gives 7175 credits, 3353 legacy XP and a choice between Champion Gear Bag or Battlemaster Gear Bag (requires Valor rank 60)

Talk about serious server lag the first couple of days.. so happy they fixed it. You can collect armaments which are what look like missle crates around Central Assault.

With the huge population imbalance, imperials are camping the exit of the base and if you taxi out, you'll find 4 or 5 operatives at each point and you'll die before getting up after the first strike. Don't lose your time with this. If you stay, you'll never complete it anyway.

Currently requires a combination of killing enemies or collecting armaments. Total of 30 between the two.
