For some reason, currently, going through all the [Flirt] options in your conversation with Samara no longer results in either Light Side points OR a romantic sequence. I petitioned a GM to ask if this was intentional or a bug, but so far haven't gotten a response...

Pretty sure you can only sleep with Samara if you are Human. Tired all the flirt options as a Chiss and she eventually figured out I wasn't really interested in her. After that you can talk the information out of her or threaten to kill her for dark side points.
