Don't do what I did, and Emergency Pass to the Fleet.

In order to get the first completion point, you MUST travel from another planet to Republic Fleet. If you didn't initially, fly away and fly back as I did, and it should complete.

Thanks for that post. I also used my Fleet Pass & couldn't figure out where I was supposed to go. After leaving to another world & flying back to Fleet the quest showed up on map. Also the quest guy Zeever is next to the Smuggling Trainer in case anyone else didn't know :) Next step is to head back to ship & use Intercom.

After this completes, you should get Port to Nowhere (http://www.torhead.com/mission/baB7LbU) appear in your quest log. Return to your ship.
