Completely soloable as a level 35 Sith Assassin.

Short version:
Use Stealth, Blackout, Mind Trap and Force Cloak to avoid enemies and escape from combat once engaged (all objectives can be activated while in combat).

Long version:
Use stealth to sneak around enemies and get near the controls.

  • The nw controls can be activated from behind without engaging the guards.
  • The controls on the platfrom guarded by a jedi can be reached by using Blackout and then Mind Trap on the Jedi and then activating them from as far away from the droid as possible, should the droid engage; use Force Cloak
  • The last control will probably mean engagin in combat, use Force Cloak when the controls have been activated

The two squad members that are guarded by Jedi can be reached without engaging in combat by using Mind Trap on the guards. Use Blackout when sneaking past the elide droid watching the bridge. Use Force Cloak to get out of combat after activating the other two.

The bonus mission for kills can be completed by heavy usage of Force Cloak and Mind Trap, but will require lots of downtime when waiting for Force Coak to recharge and is probably not worth it.

This HEROIC 2+ mission also gives the bonus quests:
A Squad Gone Missing (locate Private Ladd, Azabi, Deepenbroke, and Herron)
Eminent Domain (defeat 30 Republic Reclamation Forces)

There is also a datacron in the area, up in a "half-pipe" like structure, but I cannot figure out how to get there. Obviously, one would need to drop down on it, but I cannot get over it to do so. Yet.

This also gives an orange piece of chest armor with a rating of 74. As a Mercenary I got to pick between one suited for DPS and another for healing.

This is definitely soloable by anyone if you have a little patience and check your surroundings (did it myself as 35 marauder). Going around most mobs were rather easy and considering you can complete the objectives while being attacked made it simple. I died once though, but anyone willing to take a risk of dying once or twice to get it done shouldn't have any trouble with this one. Didn't do the bonus mission though, but I guess you can have your way around it somehow aswell. Easy quest with little effort for a nifty chestpiece.

the quest reward didn't have an augment slot like the item tooltips indicated.
