Commander Madine has asked you to help retake the Barrager, a planetary defense system that could give the Empire permanent control of Balmorra. Despite not having their design notes, Doctor Meln and Doctor Ortis were able to hack together a spike to take control of the Barrager.

In order to make the hack work, you'll need to use it on a few subsystems first. Slice the Barrager subsystem controllers in the Balmorran Arms Factory.

Tasks:

  • Spike the Hydro Subsystem Controller
  • Spike the Solar Subsystem Controller
  • Spike the Geothermal Subsystem Controller
  • Spike the Auxiliary Subsystem Controllers
  • Spike the Power Core
  • Infiltrate the Barrager Control Station
  • Defeat Darth Minax
  • Defeat Darth Minax's Forces
  • Activate the Self-destruct Sequence
  • Seal the Barrager Laboratory

Darth Minax would be a quick fight if you could use Force Push to throw her off the ledge to her death - But Force Push does not move her.

Best saving it for interrupting her casts.

She is as easy as any other elite Sorcesor - just interrupt her casts. Simple!

Letter from Doctor Carsiri after completing this mission:

Subject: Long Overdue Thanks

First off, let me apologize. When the Barrager laboratory went up in flames, we ran so quickly from the chaos that I didn't get a chance to properly thank you. I'd like to remedy that now.

You'll be pleased to hear we've begun rebuilding. We're even getting help from Doctor Ortis himself. You may remember him--one of the weapon's original designers. He send his thanks for rescuing him from the Gorinth Brig. From the stories he tells, I'm truly glad you were able to destroy that place, too.

Life is getting to be rather routine again, but I think I've had all the adventure I need for a lifetime. Thank, truly, for saving our lives--and for everything you've done for Balmorra.
