False clan leader says one minute to get in. One minute is all we have.
Uh, I am General Minst. If you've come for Project Siantide, let's, uh--let's talk this through.
I'll tell you where General Minst is, you'll let me flee this death trap. Yeah?
The vault is back out of here and all the way at the end of the corridor. Please, time's short, let me leave.
I suppose this means my imposter turned tail. Stupid of me to entrust a grunt. I should have sacrificed my advisor here.
All your effort has been a waste. Siantide is out of your reach.
No threat or torture will get me to compromise their locations.
This station held the only equipment that could convert the substance. So, now the Empire will be outmatched on every battlefield.
Some of my black ops pals are back. We could have discreetly followed the battalion to find the general.
His forces are engaging Durant's as we speak. He's killing our chances.
He's got a full battalion guarding the compound. They're establishing a perimeter of electronic defenses around the general.
We're taking fire, outnumbered. Should be able to hold them off long enough for you to break through but that's it.
Ah, yes, immediately, my lord. What do you want me to do with him?

When speaking to Moff Hurdenn, there is one other conversation piece not noted here. Of the three choices, I only remember two:
"I am not pleased" : gives -1 affection to Quinn
"Good Work" : I don't know what this gives
<Don't remember what this selection was> : gives +20 affection to Quinn
I'm sorry it's so incomplete, but I gave the information I could. I usually keep Quinn with me so I can be healed as I kill everything. I'm not sure what happens with the other companions.
There is also a conversation with Quinn while you are accessing the Reactor Vault Interface. The first part, selecting the top option gives +20 affection. After this part, you fight 3 troopers. Then, there is a second part. If you select the bottom option, you get another +20 affection.
The third option when speaking to Quinn while you are accessing the Reactor Vault Interface is "Got any last requests?" The female Sith Warrior asks quietly if Quinn has anything he'd like to say, now is the time. Quinn says something quite wonderful, which I will not repeat here due to spoilers. I did not see that I gained any Affection for this third option, though I will double check that. This part of the story was probably one of my favorite in the game up to that point. This is fantastic writing. Quinn tells you something rather profound right before Lt. Pierce, the second "romance-able" companion is introduced to crew of the Sith Warrior.
edit: verifying context
The 3 guards are all lvl 33 Blood Medics, but Minst is a 35 Melee (all 4 are Normal). You will fight the guards first, and they DO heal each other so DPS is the rule (AE stuns are nice, too). The "General" is an imposter and Minst has started the self-destruct on silent. From this point it practically plays itself and I doubt there are any choices that would not get you to the General and his death.
BTW, as a Male Warrior with Jaesa I also got the third option "Got anything to say?" but it was not particularly profound, just something about hoping this wasn't the end so we could continue killing together.
