Imperial Agent endings

Full Light side: You defect to the Republic and ally with Ardun Kothe in the SIS. This involves saving Chance on Taris, not killing Ardun at the end of Act 2 and giving him the Black Codex at the end of Act 3.
Neutral, leaning light side: Imperial Intelligence is dissolved and the Sith take over command of the personnel and resources. You kill/spare Darth Jadus and give the Minister of Intelligence access to the Black Codex at the end of Act 3. In doing so you agree to wipe all records of your identity and work for as a free agent for the good of the Empire but without Sith control.

These are the two light side-ish endings that I have gone through so far. Dark side allows you to join up with Darth Jadus as his personal assassin and reform the Empire as he sees fit or to kill Darth Jadus but still serve as a Sith lackey within Intelligence. Hopefully people will elaborate more who have actually done these endings.

When you arrive at the star chamber, do not move until the holocall starts. It bugged me out and I had to reset the chain and go back to the tenebrous

Locate Hunter
It will require you to cross the exhaustion zone in the north. You can easily do it with your healer companion, any shield or a medpac. Then, when you fight Hunter, you can use the columns to make him loose the Line of Sight (LoS).

It's quite engaging trying to guess from which planets each of the items on The Star Chamber come.

I had the same problem as flutter. I fixed it by leaving the Tenebrous station on my ship and then returning.

@Java: The "Exhaustion zone" has a path that lights up in sections. If you stay on the lit parts, you won't be in the "Exhaustion" part. The path mainly sticks to the right side.

@AtrixTheEnder: I would've preferred if you could hover your mouse over the plaques to find out a bit more, myself.

Imperial Agent endings:

Full Darkside: After betraying Jadus, killing Ardun Kothe in Chapter 2, and permitting Dark Council to take the Black Codex. Intelligence remains dissolved, the player may become the head of its successor.

Another option is to refuse to hand over the black codex to the two siths, choose to destroy the codex )dark side option) and kill the two sith (both are gray-strong mobs). Minister is pissed cause you destroy the codex and the only chance to chase and terminate the remaining star cabal members, the Intelligence doesnt get rebuild, the minister might keep his post/job and you continue to work as a rogue agent.

PS: I played as a full dark char, killed/betrayed Janus, i let Chance die and killed Ardun Kothe.

After getting stuck and frustrated trying to figure this one out, I decided to add some tips just in case someone else winds up in the same situation. For this class quest, all of the tasks were accomplished with no issue until "Locate Hunter". I thought I had cleared the entire chamber and was at the door right outside the hangar that supposedly lead to Hunter. The door kept coming back "locked" and I could not figure out how to open it. I tried looking it up, asking guild members, etc and nothing. That is until today when I realized there were a couple doors I did not go through. Keep in mind, there are a bunch of "mini-bosses" (gold stars and white stars) in various areas along with mobs (lots of droids). The door I finally came across is where the Exhaustion Zone entrance is located. The Exhaustion Zone is a room with the floor in a red grid and WILL hurt you. Watch for the areas that light up in a path to cross. Walk the path as it lights up to the other side. This leads to the correct door at -124, 87 which is where I found Hunter. I only had one companion (Kaliyo) but lost her near the end. I pulled Scorpio out instead (to save myself I used Cloaking Screen, got out of LoS, then recuperated) and attacked Hunter with Orbital Strike first, Fragmentation Grenade and Overload Shot then kept Scorpio alive since I am spec'd as healer. That worked perfectly and we defeated Hunter. Once complete, left through the door closest the hangar and on my way back to Tenebrous. Whew! Hope this helps! :)
