I was able to solo as a 31 Shadow Consular. I had to kite him around the room, using Theran for healing. He has 37k hp, but doesn't really hit that hard.

I was rewarded with a choice of either Plastfiber Barrage Leggings or Synthmesh Battle Leggings, not the rare implants.
