Just remember in making your light and dark side choice that any opposing choice will cancel out the same amount of points from the earning pool.
(Explained)
Letting the assassin live earned you 100 LS points. But then killing Devotek earned you 100 DS points leaving you with 0 LS or DS points.
Then torturing/killing Bregh(sp?) earns you back 100 DS points.
So in total when you go and turn in your quest to Trimmel you've only earned 100 DS points.
The Exp and Reward are the same no matter what you choose to do, so if your only interested in getting DS points over a few extra credits or praise for making the right decisions then kill all three.
BUT remember all your choices and decisions regardless of points DO matter later in the game.

I went with the most "evil" choices, killed first two and tortured the third. My master told me I should have let the first one (the assassin) live, but was happy with the other two choices.
Quest rewards: 126 credits, 1430 XP (same as "Best" results, as mentioned by previous poster), 300 dark side points, and Sith Dueling Leathers (med armor chest piece, 34 Armor, ilvl 12, 4 Str, and 4 Endurance.)
I say go with whichever choices you want. Personally, I'd take the extra 100 Dark side points over a measly 21 credits.

You have to interrogate three prisoners and decide their fates. Each offer light/darkside choices. An interesting twist is that the "best" way to solve each situation is not necessarily going darkside.
"Best" results
Let the spy live (lightside) recruit her to join the Sith
Force choke the failed Sith, don't give him the honor of a duel
Kill/Torture the other one, do not let him live/do nothing
This doesn't change anything story wise but gets you the most "praise" from your master.
