A droid named In-iK told you of several disruptions to the power and utility services on Coruscant's upper levels. Despite the droid's odd speech patterns, you managed to learn that the source of the issue appears to be coming from several destroyed power conduits.
Repair the three damaged power conduits inside the Works in Justicar Territory.

This quest also rewards the title "black bisector"
If you are having trouble with what this means (a lot of people on coruscant at the time I was there were trying to figure this out), here is an explanation for you.
You are a mediator between the senate and the Gree people (who are using the robot as an ambassador). The title literally means that you have drawn a parallel (evened things out -- "bisector") amongst the conflict between the two sides (the relationship between the Republic/Senate and the Gree was soiled, gloomy, pessimistic, dismal or "black").
Black Bisector: A person who brings a resolution to a conflict situation.
Relevant Definitions:
In geometry, bisection is the division of something into two equal or congruent parts, usually by a line, which is then called a bisector.
1) black (adj.): soiled. -OR- 2) gloomy; pessimistic; dismal (a black outlook)
The definition "soiled" can be used metaphorically, rather than literally, especially in this event to depict a situation that has become less than optimal.
