The Prophet Arrives
The artifact of Tulak Hord on Nar Shaddaa is in the hands of the Sith cult leader, Lord Paladius.
Darth Zash has arranged a contact for you, Destris Veran, who was once a follower of this cult. Rendezvous with him at the Promenade to plan your overthrow of Paladius.
Tasks:
- Meet with Destris Veran
- Speak to Destris Veran
- Defeat the Screaming Blade Cultists

When you go through the Green Door, & through a Corridor before going through the small doorway into the room with Destris & Rylee, Shield up!
As you step through the door you'll enter a Cut-Scene & Immediately it ends you are in Combat with about 6 Cultists.
Apart from the one 'Strong' at about 2.5K Hit Points the others all have under 500 Hit Points but they are upon you quickly & ... well I died.
I quickly shielded after the cut scene but if you are not prepared they can take your hit points to zero in about 10 seconds, either that or I glitched somehow. One second at full HP & the next second I was dead on the floor. So SHIELD UP before entering the room & ready for Combat immediately after the short Cut Scene.
Additionally, as well as The Krayt Gang that mrButcher mentions (above), you also have an alternate approach - Rylee mentions that killing the Gang is all well & good, but another Gang will eventually fill the void. However, the poor are suffering from a plague & you have the option to find the cure instead.

Not sure if this was just me or not, but I had a problem with my companion bugging out on me on this one. First, made the mistake of starting this while he was away on a mission. Second, after my rez I headed back in with him in tow and he bugged out at the entrance. Just stood there. After the 3rd rez, he engaged but not right away.
