This quest and http://www.torhead.com/mission/3GJ68ib take place at the same place. It's a good idea to do the at the same time. It's just a simple kill X number of Y enemy quests.
Note: there is a datapad next to a dead body that gives you a quest to kill some droids south of the Evocii's village. It can be easy to miss.
