Resistance stealth troops have been infiltrating Imperial outposts, making quick strikes and leaving no trace. Use Cavill Arin's anti-stealth device to detect the troopers and kill them.
Head to the Gorinth Wilds and activate the anti-stealth device and defeat resistance stealth troopers.

As of the current beta build the "Anti-Stealth Device" Mission Item's tooltip: "A device used to neutralize the effects of stealth technology" doesn't make it completely clear that the item is intended to be used by right-clicking it. It isn't passive, you need to walk around the quest area and use the item to uncloak the enemies.
Also, be careful when using it. The stealthed enemies can appear rather far away from your location and can chain another pack of the mobs in the area if you haven't cleared it out.

Apart from two quest pointers I had luck in 236, 138 and 184, 146.

I don't know if anyone else had a problem not getting credit for the kills. I was in a party at the time. I dropped group, everything worked fine there after.
