A Historic Endeavor
Maelrich Alde has asked for your aid in disabling House Rist's satellite relay, which allows them to monitor the area. First, you need to obtain the access codes for the relay station.
Obtain the access codes from Rist Satellie Technicians in the ruins on Mount Tessef.

When running toward the objective, it seems that you should go inside a small cave that has a red entrance when moused over it says "group entrance anyone can enter". This is NOT the place to go. You need to keep following the road around and up the mountain.
