Doctor Synoda wants you to recover the lost medical records of prior Tarisian generations.

You must restore power to the hospital in order to access the three-hundred-year-old database and download the patient records. Go to the ruins of Dynamet General Hospital in the Sinking City and activate the emergency generators.

ya, thanks for the tip... it's a little misleading when the picture for the quest is showing the basement entry, one would think you should search there - but nooooo, it's not in there.

It is in the same room as Emergency Generator 1F.
