Vette has received a message from her old gang saying that the man who betrayed them--Cada Bliss--is after a Twi'lek artifact called the Star of Kala'unn.

Vette wants justice, and Cada Bliss is currently at the Nar Shaddaa spaceport. Travel to the Nar Shaddaa spaceport and intercept Cada with Vette.

You need to sit on the couch and wait for her to appear. The left couch will highlight when you mouseover.

I had trouble for days with this one. When I arrived on Nar Shaddaa the quest wouldn't update, and I couldn't enter Cada Bliss's hangar. I tried all kinds of things to get it to advance, but here's what finally worked for me.
-Travel to another planet.
-Exit the ship.
-Abandon the quest (reset didn't work when I tried it, I had to completely abandon it).
-Make sure Vette is set to be your current companion.
-Get on board the ship and pick up the quest from Vette again.
-Go to Nar Shaddaa and run the quest normally.

It was the only thing that worked for me so hopefully it will for you, too.

I'd actually like to support what Genzo said. I completed this at 21.

Just had Vette pull with her ranged, set her to passive, and ran back pulling the security guards. They killed Cada the first time.
Respawned, had her ranged pull The Virus, reset to passive, and then we pulled security guards.
With his larger health pool, at the end I gave the final guard some help and turn Vette back on attack mode while I wailed on the Virus with the guard tanking.

There are 3 guards by the way. One at the entrance of the phase, one at the entrance to the hangar, and one at the very top of the stairs inside the hangar on the right hand side.

Just completed not but 2 minutes ago.

If you choose the flirt option with Taunt, you can go have some fun with her.

To be more specific, you need 3200 affection with Vette. I didn't get the option until that point and I'm lvl 26. And yes you must remove the shock collar to get this far in the conversations with her. Don't think I'll attempt for another few lvls though.

You don't have to wait until around 29. I got this quest at lvl 18, and managed to kill The Virus by kiting to the guards after tagging him. I later returned at 22 to do the same with Cada Bliss.

I experienced a bug for tracking this quest. Simply arriving in Nar Shaddaa space while in your ship is supposed to advance the tracking, but it was not. I read on SWTOR forums that a guy logged off for the day and when he came back the tracking worked again. This was exactly the case for me. Not sure how long you have to log off for; but it worked when I got back on the next day.

I highly doubt that Genzo35. Just tried this at level 24 and barely made a dent in either of their health. There is no way you did it alone at level 18 or 22 (being 7 to 11 levels lower).

Taunt is not visible when you go to turn in the quest. You have to click on a bench to start the mission turn-in video.

You get this mission at around 3000 affection points with Vette. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I'd assume you had to take the shock collar off her to get it.

I saw a comment were a guy said that he got a response on a ticket about this and the GM had said that you had to complete "setting the table" before this would work correctly.

For me this did in fact work. I completed setting the table, went to Baras on Kaas and once I got the quest to go to Taris Star of Ryloth tracked correctly upon my next visit to Nar Shadaa

Mission is bugged for myself and a few guildies. Taunt shows on the minimap but is nowhere to be found.
